The challenge in front of the guesthouse in Zakopane was to create a functional and aesthetic parking area that would harmonize with the mountainous surroundings. It was crucial to find a solution that would preserve the natural character of the terrain while ensuring durability and ease of use. The owners of the guesthouse wanted the surface to be ecological, permeable, and aesthetically pleasing, perfectly fitting into the picturesque landscape of the Tatra Mountains.
SOLUTION
The eco-friendly geoSYSTEM grid was used, which perfectly met all the investor’s requirements. The grid was laid in front of the guesthouse, creating a stable and even surface for parking. The grids were filled with natural stone, which not only added charm to the space but also ensured the surface’s permeability. Thanks to the geoSYSTEM, the surface is durable, natural, and environmentally friendly, allowing water to permeate freely into the ground.
