Ecological square by the Suwałki Arena

TASK
The construction of a state-of-the-art facility in the Podlasie Voivodship, which is the “Suwałki Arena” sports and entertainment hall, required a grassy multi-purpose square.

SOLUTION
In the area of 1200 sqm, geoSYSTEM G5 max grilles were used, which were filled with substrate and sown with grass. The area gained 450 tons / sqm of strength, while maintaining 100% water permeability.

RESULT
The facility was commissioned at the end of November 2019. The fortified square acts as a temporary car park for guests or broadcast cars during cultural and sporting events. The applied solution also meets the formal requirements for a fire route.
