HGV Trafficked Road
TASK
The owners of the company wanted to organise the area around the factory and prepare it for heavy-load bearing traffic including truck, lorries and HGVs. It was important to provide durable and continuous surface, yet retain a desirable presentation.
SOLUTION
The entire area was covered with geoSYSTEM G4 porous paving grids and has been divided into two separate parts – a car park covered with geoGRASS, where white geoMARKER markers were incorporated to delineate individual parking bays and an access road which was filled with aggregate.
RESULT
A heavy-duty access lane that meet the traffic requirements of the business was created. Employees have gained access to new parking bays. The surrounding area of the factory has got a new, green and friendly character.
