Łochów Palace and Farm House
Task
Arche S.A., a property development company established in 1991, specializing in building apartments and hotels, undertook the reconstruction and restoration of Łochów Palace between 2004 and 2008. At that time, they were looking for a solution to reinforce the terrain, which was part of the Nadbużański Landscape Park.
Solution
An ideal solution was found that allowed for the reinforcement of the areas around the facility while preserving its natural character. Thanks to the dedication and work of a team of experts, Arche S.A. used the eco-grid geoSYSTEM to solidify parking lots and paths, with minimal impact on the environment and preserving the natural ground. These areas became visitor-friendly and stable, protecting the valuable ecosystem of the Nadbużański Landscape Park.
Result
Łochów Palace attracts tranquility and nature enthusiasts by providing appropriate infrastructure for visitors. The natural character of the terrain was preserved, aligning with the philosophy of nature protection within the Natura 2000 protected area, which includes the Liwiec River Valley. As a result, guests can enjoy their leisure time in the lap of nature, close to Warsaw, away from the urban hustle and bustle, all while experiencing the full comfort and respecting the historical heritage of this charming place.
