Reservoir
TASK
Building a decorative reservoir in a private garden. The banks and bottom of the reservoir had to be reinforced to prevent landsliding and surrounding land deformation.
SOLUTION
The bottom of the reservoir has been surfaced with geoSYSTEM S60s grid and filled with soil. The top parts have been sown with grass and the reservoir filled with water up to a certain level.
RESULT
The grass have covered the surface and the reservoir has become a consistent part of the garden. Its banks are reinforced and landslides protected, so the surrounding area can be used for walks.
