The creation of first, environmentally friendly business park in Poland. The project consists of 7 office buildings situated on 6 hectare of land, of which 60% is to remain biologically active.

SOLUTION
Implementation of water and energy saving systems, source control and sustainable building materials like geoSYSTEM G5max grid, which comply with LEED Certification.
RESULT
Creation of a separate fire access lane, which is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
