Grassy estate parking lot
TASK
In the newly created, intimate estate in Poznań, consisting of three modernly designed buildings, it was necessary to construct a parking lot. The investor, wanted to give up optically heavy concrete solutions, decided to use openwork plastic grids.
SOLUTION
It was decided to strengthen the parking spaces with geoSYSTEM G5 max grilles. On a water-permeable crushed stone foundation, grids were placed, filled with earth and grass was sown. The pavement made ensures vegetation of plants and retention of rainwater, thanks to which it can be classified as biologically active in 86%. RESULT
Owners of apartments finished to the highest standard can use the ecological car park, which harmoniously fits into the green nature of the estate. A green fire road, a large playground and a grassy parking lot provide a respite from the hustle and bustle of the city.
