Green fire road
TASK
A modern residential and service complex has been built close to the very center of Poznań. The Vilda Park estate offered flats of a higher standard, made of the highest quality materials. The buildings and their surroundings have been designed to harmoniously harmonize with the adjacent green areas and the nearby Warta River. For the construction of the fire road, it was decided to choose ecological and modern eco-grids.
SOLUTION
geoSYSTEM G5 max grids were used, which were sown with grass. The fire road gained 450 tons / sq m of strength, while maintaining 100% water permeability. Easy and quick to install, the grids are easy to shape. They can be easily cut into arches or cut openings for sewage chambers.
RESULT
Residents of one-story apartments can use their gardens, which almost connect with a grassy fire road, creating a coherent green space. On the upper floors, spacious windows and large terraces provide an excellent view of the playground and the fire road. Although it is practically the center of the city, tenants can enjoy the view of calming greenery, which is not disturbed by the concrete surfaces that heat up on hot days.
